I’ve been inspired reading annual shareholder letters by Bezos and Buffet so decided to take a stab at writing my own.

Here is the 2023 Hall CPA annual letter.

On reflection, the biggest improvement our firm made this year is in the client experience department.

I had a vision that my team ran with and 10x’d.

I never thought I’d be able to say that we run a tax season clients genuinely enjoy.
